High alumina fire brick is a kind of refractory material with main component of Al2O3.

High alumina fire brick and clay brick production process is similar, the difference is that the proportion of clinker in the  ingredients is high, up to 90 ~ 95%. Before crushing, the clinker will be classified and selected to remove iron out, firing temperature is higher, Such as SK40, SK38 and other high-alumina brick firing temperature is generally 1500 ~ 1600 ℃ in the tunnel kiln.
Practice has proved that the strict selection, grading, and graded storage of high-alumina clinker before crushing, and the method of using bauxite clinker and combined clay co-fine grinding, can improve the quality of high alumina fire brick.
