What are alumina ceramic balls?
Alumina ceramic ball's main principle is: corundum and mullite - corundum and mullite are used as the main products.
The crystal phase takes kaolin and feldspar glass sintered body as the structural bridge and uses alumina sintered body corundum. Acicular mullite has high mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, strong acid-base chemical corrosion resistance, excellent cold and heat resistance, and very low chemical activity. The product contains a large number of mullite and steel with network needle structure jade crystal and some residual quartz are sintered tightly, hard, and not powdered. The product has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical corrosion performance: except for hydrofluoric acid, it can resist all inorganic and organic acids and all acid gases and medium volatile gases. Unless the product is polluted by impurities in feed gas and liquid and needs to be cleaned or replaced, it shall be used in chemical process equipment. The service life is more than 10 years.
